Drag a card onto where it goes, or tap it and then tap the spot.
How it works
- Move every card to the 4 foundations, 1 per suit, from the ace up to the king.
- In the 7 columns, stack cards downwards in alternating colours: a red 9 on a black 10.
- Only a king, or a run starting with one, goes into an empty column.
- Turn cards from the stock 1 at a time or 3, and go through it as often as you like.
- Fewer moves and less time score higher. Your best is kept on this device.
Controls
- Drag a card or a run onto where it goes.
- Or tap it, then tap where it goes; a double tap sends it to a foundation.
- U or the Undo button takes a move back; H shows a hint, and again for the next one; A or Auto-complete finishes once every card is face up.
- With a keyboard: Tab to a card, Enter to pick it up, Enter on where it goes. D turns the stock, F sends the picked-up card to its foundation.
- N deals a new game.
Draw 1 or draw 3
Draw 1 shows you every card in the stock on every pass, so most deals can be won and the score is about how cleanly you do it. Draw 3 only lets you play every third card until the waste shifts, which turns the stock into a puzzle of its own and loses a lot more games. Each mode keeps its own best, since a score in one says little about the other.
How the score works
A card to a foundation is 10 points, a card from the waste to a column is 5, and turning a face-down card over is 5. Taking a card back off a foundation costs 15, and in draw 1 going through the stock again costs 100. A win adds up to 1,500 for using few moves and up to 1,500 for a quick clock. The game, the clock and your best all stay in this browser.
