A logo is a shape you already memorised
None of these clues are the logo. They are the colour, the mascot, the product or the slogan, and they work because a well-known brand is stored in a reader's head as a bundle of those rather than as a picture. The ones that take longest are usually the companies whose logo is a word: there is nothing to draw with emoji but the thing they sell.
